BEST HORROR MOVIES OF 2004

[color=red:ff757450bc]This is the last poll of my trilogy heehehe asking which is the best horror film of this year 2004.[/color:ff757450bc] :twisted:

On the 1st poll the winner was: Dawn of the Dead.

On the 2nd poll the zombies win again with "Shaun of the Dead".


So, now to end Ive added a few of those that weren't included on the other polls and the ones who won to finally decide which horror is the BEST!

[color=red:ff757450bc]Is the BEST horror film of 2004 for me. Its the most fcked up and stylish film that was released this year. The ending SHOCKED the hell out of me. This is just a GREAT horror film it simply RULES!!![/color:ff757450bc] :twisted:

1. Saw
2. The Grudge
3. Ginger Snaps 2
4. Resident Evil 2
5. Shaun of the Dead
6. Seed of Chucky
7. Dawn of the Dead

Saw, The Grudge, and Dawn are the only actual horror films on that list. But I liked Shaun of the Dead most, even though it was a comedy.

Shaun by far. I also think it should be considered horror even thought it was hilarious. I didnt much care for The Grudge. The original version was better. I couldnt get scared from the U.S. version.

It's sad how fast people have forgetten 'Open Water', a brilliantly terrifying movie. As far as I'm concerned there were two horror masterpieces this year, 'Open Water' and 'Shaun of the Dead'.

If I may add my opinion, Shaun is the most provovative, witty, well-written, acted, staged, etc. novel most g-d entertaining movie I have seen in many,many years. And hell, I've been watching horror movies for over 40 years!! :valuerockr:

I have to go with Shaun of the Dead. Afterall, there is no "i" in "team" but there is an "i" in "pie" as in "meat pie" ... :wink:

Another vote for 'Shaun of the Dead', 'Open Water' and 'The Grudge' come in a close second and the new 'Dawn of the Dead' was enjoyable fun for me.

HEY! I'm with you! Open Water was a huge success, and was a killer flick that would easily take a bite out of those others. Not sure why there at least wasn't a vote spot for "other"?
